Specialising in sports nutrition, strength training and lifestyle coaching, I provide tailored programmes designed to support sustainable results for all fitness levels.
As a qualified Sports Nutrition Coach and Menopause Coach, I support women through every stage of midlife with evidence-based nutrition and strength training strategies to improve body composition, energy, bone health and overall wellbeing.
I also specialise in HYROX competition preparation, offering structured training programmes and performance nutrition plans to help clients build strength, endurance and race-day confidence. I'm a regular HYROX competitor, racing all over Europe.
My approach combines experience, practical coaching and personalised support to help clients achieve long-term success both physically and mentally.
