  • How quickly will I get a reply to my enquiry?

    Same day, almost always — most enquiries are answered within a few hours during studio hours (Mon–Fri, 6am–9pm). If you message late evening or at the weekend, you'll hear back first thing the next working day.

  • Do you offer a free consultation?

    Yes — a free 30-minute consultation, either in person at the Horley studio or over the phone, whichever suits you. We'll talk through your goals, your week, any injuries or health issues, and how a programme might be structured. There's no obligation and no hard sell.

  • Can I book personal training without a phone call first?

    Yes. If you'd rather skip the call, just say so in your enquiry. We can do the initial chat by email or WhatsApp instead and book your first session directly. Most clients prefer a quick call so the first session lands right — but it's your choice.

  • What information should I include in my enquiry?

    A sentence on what you'd like to achieve, roughly when you'd want to train (mornings, evenings, weekends), and any injuries, health conditions or relevant background. That's enough to give you a useful first reply — you don't need to write an essay.

  • Where is the gym and is parking available?

    The private gym is in Horley, Surrey — see the map above for directions. There is parking directly at the studio, so you can pull up, train and leave without hunting for a space.
